Steel Fabricated Base and Bodies

Double Reduction Gearbox with Bevel-Helical Gear Setting.

Main Gear and Main Pinion are separately fitted. Both can be changed easily without disturbing the Gearbox or Main Bearings, including thrust bearing.

Cast steel Chamber of Size: Dia. 6" x 33" Long having three Sections is vertically hinged.

Worm Assembly, Cone Point and Discharge Ring are Case Hardened.

Main Worm Shaft can be withdrawn without disturbing the main bearing housing.

Crammer Worm is fitted in for extra cramming of Seed or Cake in the feed body.

Cake thickness can be adjusted after stopping the machine.

Kettle drive is separate, provided with Gearbox.

Superior quality of Oil & Cake.

Maintenance is less and easy.

Goyum 100

Goyum 100 is a technically advanced oil expeller with a crushing capacity of 10 ton/day. It can extract oil from a variety of seeds like soy, mustard, sunflower, rapseed etc. Goyum 100 is designed as per international quality standards to ensure energy efficiency, higher output and continuous production.

Cast Steel chamber of Size 37"XØ6" of Four sections is vertically hinged.

Cake thickness can be adjusted on running Machine.

Case hardened worm assembly with hard faced discharge ring and compression ring.

Main Worm Shaft can be withdrawn without disturbing the Gear Box.

Crammer Shaft gives extra cramming of the Seed or Cake in the Feed Body.
