Gear Box for Rosedown Expellers

We also manufacture Gearbox specially designed for Exceoil and Maxoil expellers to replace Worm and Worm wheel Gear Box when required. This gear box can be fitted on Exceoil and Maxoil expellers without any changes because the centers and center distances are same.

This Gear Box is fitted with Bevel - Helical gear arrangement with Ratio of 6:1.

Hard Faced Worm & Cone Point

These hard faced worm & cone point is basically used for oil expellers. The cone points, worms and collars use EN – 8 as raw material. These are hard faced with special welding rods and GRINDED to give a smooth finish.

Cast Steel Chamber
